We will never email wire instructions or other sensitive information to you. Please contact the branch office handling your real estate transaction to receive a secure link to Closinglock.

Everest Title will not initiate wires without first confirming instructions via phone call.
aCCEPTANCE OF fUNDS
Earnest Money Deposits - MUST BE RECIEVED PRIOR TO CLOSING DATE
- Personal Checks from $1.00 to $1,000.00 are accepted
- Certified or cashiers checks from $1,001.00 to $25,000.00 will be accepted
- Anything over $25,000.00 must be wired or transferred electronically
- Using Closinglock - Everest Title can accept funds electronically up to $250,000.00 (Banking fees will apply). Please call our office for instructions.
ACH TRANSFERS WILL NEVER BE ACCEPTED
You will NEVER receive updated wire instructions from us. It is recommended that you call our office and verbally verify the instructions received before sending an electronic transfer of funds.
